Ing. Lukáš Dolejský

12 years of automotive quality. VDA 6.3 auditor, PFMEA moderator. I lead a 24-person QA team across two HELLA-Forvia factories in Kočovce, Slovakia. I built QualityOS because I wanted it next to me every day — and it didn't exist.

Career timeline

  1. 2013 — 2015

    Trainee · PFMEA Expert · TRW Automotive

    Rotation through Supplier Quality and Quality Systems. Trained as a PFMEA expert in a global Green / Black Belt team, including five months in Germany. Primary PFMEA owner for complex cross-plant quality problems across European TRW sites.

  2. 2015 — 2019

    QPC · Quality Project Coordinator · HELLA Kočovce

    Launch responsibility for parallel OEM programmes (Nissan, Mercedes-Benz) end-to-end: PPAP, Control Plan, supplier APQP, on-site risk reviews and PFMEA optimisation before start of production.

  3. 2019 — 2022

    Production Quality Leader IF2 · HELLA Kočovce

    First management role. 12-person QA team across three groups: Line Release, Product Audits (VDA 6.5, Gauge R&R), Firewalls. Built the production quality system from scratch — audit checklists, daily QOS meetings, control standards.

  4. 2022 — today

    Production Quality Leader · HELLA-Forvia · Kočovce

    24-person QA team across two factories. Daily collaboration with Engineering and Procurement. VDA 6.3 and VDA 6.5 audits, escalated customer complaint handling for Tier 1 supply to Tesla, Jaguar, Scania, Renault and Mercedes-Benz.

  5. 2026 — today

    Founder · QualityOS · Trenčín, Slovakia

    Built QOS because I wanted it next to me every day — and it didn't exist. Not a chatbot that read about quality. A real senior colleague who knows IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, AIAG FMEA — and understands what VW wants in CATS, how Stellantis SCAR works, what Repeat Issue means for SQAM escalation.
