Terms of Service

1. Purpose of the service

QualityOS is a B2B SaaS platform for quality engineers in the automotive and manufacturing industry. It provides an AI assistant, a knowledge base and tools (8D Report, PFMEA Builder and more). The platform is a support tool, not a replacement for a certified quality engineer, auditor or quality manager.

2. AI assistant — limits

The AI assistant draws on normative documents (IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, AIAG manuals) and on the documents your company uploads to the Knowledge Base. AI answers are recommendations. Final decisions regarding quality, safety or regulatory compliance are the sole responsibility of the user and their company.

DOSKY s.r.o. is not liable for damages (direct, indirect or consequential) arising from following AI recommendations without verification by a qualified person.

3. Account and data

Each company has an isolated account (organisation). One company’s data is inaccessible to users of another company. This is enforced by Row Level Security policies at the database level.

On account closure, a company may request deletion of all its data under the GDPR — answered within 30 days.

4. Trial period and subscription

The free trial lasts 30 days with no credit card required. After the trial, the user picks a paid plan (Solo, Team, Business, Enterprise). Without selecting a plan, access to the AI and Knowledge Base is limited to the Free plan limits.

Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel any time via the billing portal — access remains until the end of the current billing period.

5. Intellectual property rights

The platform code, knowledge base, normative interpretations and templates are the intellectual property of DOSKY s.r.o. Documents you upload to the Knowledge Base remain your property — you grant us only a limited licence to process them for the purpose of providing the service.

6. Prohibited use

• Attempts to bypass rate limiting or security mechanisms (prompt injection).
• Reverse engineering the system, the AI prompts, or extracting the knowledge base.
• Sharing an account among multiple people beyond paid seats.
• Using the platform for unlawful purposes.

7. Changes to the terms

We may change these terms. We notify you of material changes by email 30 days in advance.
